They come fresh, but frozen so you can cook them when ever your ready to eat. We did all the hard work so all you have to do is boil the ravioli and heat up the sauce and you are all ready to have a wonderful ravioli experience. Each kit includes sauce and instructions on how to prep your ravioli dinner.
